Labor
Belly Binding Ceremony + Sound Bath
Belly Binding is the practice of wrapping a cloth around the abdomen, typically after child birth, to provide extra support and healing for the mind, body, and soul. I add on a sound bath at the end for the ultimate relaxation and healing experience.
This ceremony consists of: belly wrapping, affirmations, candle lit ambiance, postpartum tea, gentle music, sacred oil massage, and a sound bath with crystal singing bowls + chimes. This ceremony takes place in the comfort of your own home.
